Booking & Inventory

Quotes are provided based on the inventory list shared during the estimation. Any additional items or changes in requirements not mentioned at the time of booking will be adjusted in the final bill on the moving day. Our quotations remain valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

Advance Payment: A token advance of up to 10% of the total quote is collected to confirm your booking and reserve the crew/vehicle for your moving date.

Service Cancellation & Rescheduling

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund of any token advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may incur a nominal processing fee. Rescheduling is free of charge if requested 24 hours in advance, subject to crew availability.

Restricted & Prohibited Items

For safety and security reasons, Ultra Pro does not transport: Jewelry, cash, expensive watches, original property documents, hazardous chemicals, fuels, acids, crackers, or perishable food items. Customers are requested to personally transport these high-value/sensitive items.

Crew Safety & Health Risk: To protect our team, we reserve the right to refuse the transport of any items that are found to be excessively soiled, infested (e.g., bedbugs), or pose a potential health risk to our staff.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure all necessary permissions for vehicle access and lift usage are secured from apartment/society authorities. Electrical appliances (AC, Geyser, Water Purifier) must be disconnected before our team arrives unless specifically included in your quote. Refrigerators must be completely defrosted at least 24 hours before the move.

Insurance & Damage Policy

By default, we provide Basic Assurance for all moves, which covers damages caused due to handling by our team, as per our specialist repair estimation.

For enhanced protection, we assist customers in arranging Transit Insurance upon request. The insurance premium is typically around 1% of the declared value of the goods. We strongly recommend this for long-distance intercity moves for absolute peace of mind.

In the rare event of damage, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Packing Material Policy

All standard packing materials (carton boxes, bubble wrap, foam sheets, tapes, etc.) are included in the quoted price unless stated otherwise in your estimate. Please note that disposable packing materials used during the move are not taken back after delivery.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data (Name, Phone, and Address) is used exclusively for generating quotes and coordinating your relocation. We maintain strict confidentiality and never share or sell your information to third-party marketing companies.
