We take full ownership. In the rare event of damage caused by our handling, we immediately assist with professional repairs or facilitate your insurance claim to ensure you are fairly compensated without delay.
We maintain transparency. A small token advance is collected at the time of booking (accompanied by a formal service order confirmation receipt), with the balance payable upon loading or unloading as per your preference.
Process, Packing Standards, and Timelines
You can use our "Get Quote" button to share basic details, and our experts will call you within 30 minutes for a free, precise estimation based on your inventory.
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance for local moves and 5 days for intercity relocations to ensure expert crew availability. However, we also do our best to accommodate same-day and one-day moving requests, subject to team availability.
We bring everything, high quality corrugated sheets, bubble wrap, stretch film, and robust cartons. You don't need to worry about a single piece of tape.

We understand plans can change. Just inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, and we will reschedule your move to the next available slot at no extra cost.
For safety reasons, we do not transport hazardous materials, fuels, acids, jewelry, or cash. Please keep personal documents and valuables with you.
While we take extreme care, plants are delicate. We provide specialized crates for larger plants, though we suggest moving very small or fragile plants personally if possible.
